Customer Service experience alone!
So I submitted an order for Rush order tees to be delivered last Friday for my annual fishing trip, paid and waited. The day before they were to arrive, I check the status and they say due to arrive the following Tuesday! I was pissed and stressed and got on the customer support chat and proceeded to tear the agent a new one. He very professionally handled my attitude and my issue, explaining why the shipment was delayed and correcting it to have them delivered overnight! Was so pleased with the customer service and the product!!
