In the event your print differs materially from your approved proofs, we will do our best to assist you with a reasonable resolution. Since your order is a completely customized product and only useful for you or your organization, all sales are final. All reprint and refund requests are ultimately decided by our management team. If you'd like a full refund, you must return your order within 15 days of your order delivery date so we may make a determination.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed, it is difficult to process a cancellation, but we will do our best to accommodate you. There are many components that must come together in order to properly customize your order and deliver on time. In the event you no longer need your order, manager approval of cancellation is required and depending on where we are in the process, you may incur up to a 25% cancellation fee as we may have spent a significant amount of time and expense up until the time of your request (restock fees, scheduling fees, shipping fees, designer fees, screen fees, film fees...etc.).
