Knowing where to start with your t-shirt design is the hardest part. That’s why our experts have put together their top 5 design tips to help you craft your own custom t-shirts quickly and easily!
- Use High-Quality Images: Pay special attention to the resolution of any image you’re uploading to your design. Low-resolution images look fuzzy or pixelated and may not look sharp when printed.
- Choose the Right Colors: Select colors that align with your brand or message and consider how they will look on the chosen t-shirt fabric. Pay attention to color combinations and contrast to ensure readability and visual appeal.
- Finetune Your Fonts: If your design includes text, choose appropriate fonts that match the style and message of your design. Ensure that the text is legible and properly spaced.
- Consider Placement & Size: Consider where you want your design to appear on the t-shirt (e.g., front, back, sleeves). One of the more overlooked design considerations is getting the size right for the particular print location. Avoid the default maximum size - bigger is not always better.

You can do this quickly and easily within our Design Studio. You simply have to choose your product and, if you don’t already have a design to upload, use our clipart, text editor, or Design Wizard to design your own t-shirts!
We offer screen printing and HD Digital printing to customize t-shirts. Screen printing uses silkscreen and ink to transfer your design onto a shirt, while HD Digital prints directly to the fabric. Each method provides excellent results for any shirt design.
Yes, many of our t-shirts are available to be purchased as a single product when you choose the printed method to place your design on the shirt. If you choose embroidered, then there is a minimum of 6. For most t-shirt types and designs, we recommend printing, while for more dense apparel like hoodies and hats, then we recommend embroidery.
You can receive your order in as little as 2 business days with our rush shipping or 9-12 business days with our free standard shipping.
